STUDENT MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONMust meet membership application criteria

 

Principal Membership:

You are eligible to join BOMA Tulsa as a Principal Member if you are a commercial building owner, asset or property manager, leasing professional, engineer, or other commercial real estate professional. 
    • Annual Fee: $570 + membership meetings and events
    • Additional Principal membership (Same company): $415 + membership meetings and events
Building Engineer Membership:
You are eligible to join BOMA Tulsa as a Building Engineer Member if the property manager/owner of your property are BOMA Tulsa Principal members and you are a commercial building owner.  If your property manager is not a member, but you would like to become a member, you may apply as a Principal member.
    • Annual Building Engineer: $200 + membership meetings and events 
Allied Membership:

You are eligible to join BOMA Tulsa as an Allied member if you are a commercial real estate product or service provider.

    • Annual Fee: $635 + membership meetings and events
    • Allied membership does currently have a waitlist.  Once you submit a membership application and it has been formally reviewed and accepted, you will be placed on a waitlist.  When an opening becomes available, we will notify you and you have 10 business days to accept the membership offer.

Student Membership:

Membership is limited and you are eligible for a student membership if you meeting the following requirements:

    • Enrolled in Real Estate degree program at University of Tulsa
    • In your third year of study or in the graduate program
    • Submit at Letter of recommendation from Director of Real Estate Studies to [email protected]
    • Must attend two meetings annually
